Wine lovers can look forward to a Taittinger Intimate Dinner this September, an exclusive evening featuring an amazing lineup of Taittinger wines and 7 courses from Tetsuya’s Restaurant in Sydney.

For an impressive dining experience, each cuvée will be intricately matched with 7 courses by Tetsuya Wakuda. On the menu is a selection of 8 cuvées including Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2004, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 2000 and Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs 1998, among others.

Guests can enjoy an inspiring program from the Australian Chamber Orchestra Quartet, one of the world’s most acclaimed string ensembles.

This world-class orchestra features leading Australian and international musicians and is renowned for its unique programming, artistic style and rousing performances.

This exclusive event is held by BlackEvents in association with Relais & Chateaux, Champagne Taittinger, Langton’s Brokerage, the Australian Chamber Orchestra and hosted by International Champagne Writer of the Year, Tyson Stelzer.

Tyson Stelzer is a true champagne expert and has received accolades internationally as International Champagne Writer of the Year 2011 and Australian Wine Communicator of the Year 2013. Stelzer is renowned for his comprehensive book, ‘The Champagne Guide 2013-2014’, named by Huon Hooke in the Sydney Morning Herald as “The best guide ever published on champagne”.
